Martin Odegaard has revealed that he has extended his Real Madrid contract.
He reportedly penned a three-and-a-half year deal when he joined his parent club, but he has revealed that he has extended his stay with the European champions.
When asked if he had extended his Real Madrid contract, he told VG Sporten: “A little beyond 2018, at least. I do not want to say more about that in this moment.”
Odegaard’s original contract, signed when he joined Real as a 16-year-old in 2015 after much interest from Europe’s top clubs, was set to expire at the end of the 2017-18 season.
