Mr Eazi returns with âPersonal Baby,â the simmering second single from his as-yet-untitled forthcoming album. The song was produced by Grammy-winning Nigerian hitmaker Kel P (Burna Boy, Wizkid, Angelique Kidjo), Ademola Falomo directed the video which sets âPersonal Babyâ in a dystopian, Blade Runner-esque future.
A dark and moody love song co-written with afropop superstar Teni (âBillionaireâ) âPersonal Babyâ reimagines the smooth, mid-tempo Banku Music sound that Mr Eazi defined with hits like âSkin Tightâ and âLeg Over.â The track follows Juneâs âLegalizeâ as the second single from Eaziâs as-yet untitled debut album â a project thatâs nearly a decade in coming.
